This lighter looks like a pack of gum. It even comes in a box that looks like a pack of gum! Open it and you will find a highly convincing pack of gum that’s actually a lighter!

To ignite, first FILL YOUR LIGHTER WITH BUTANE (more on that below!) Next, with the gum help upright with the side with the stick coming out facing you, flick the top of the gum in the direction of the downward diagonal seam.

Plastic lighter uses butane gas.

Lighter may light when you first get it but will absolutely positively need to be filled with butane.
